We’re hiring project assistants
We are looking for two full-time Project Assistants to join our rapidly growing team. The role is primarily to handle winner management, however as we are an evolving, innovative business, we’re looking for people who are keen to get involved in a range of other key campaign elements, and who are interested in learning more about promotional compliance and account management.
The role is based in our Shoreditch offices (great location, you can bring your dog to work and there’s even an on-site barista) and for the right person we’re offering a competitive salary, training, and 23 days’ holiday.
You’re probably in the early stages of your career and may already be able to demonstrate strong customer-facing skills, but you don’t have to be a prize promotions expert – yet.
You do need to be highly efficient, though, with excellent spoken and written English. You must be accurate, methodical, and calm (we’re not ones for hysteria), and you need to be a creative thinker and problem-solver. Excellent numeracy skills are essential, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, and you must also be capable of working to tight deadlines.
The role includes:
- Working across multiple projects for global brands and agencies
- Notifying winners
- Liaising with clients and suppliers
- Monitoring multiple email accounts
- Managing and responding to queries
- Setting up entry platforms
- Conducting prize draws
- Prize sourcing & fulfilment
- Checking terms and conditions
- Proof reading copy, assets, and campaign media
- (Potentially) marketing, outreach, and social media
- Supporting senior staff across all projects
If you’d like a chat about the position, in the first instance email our Founding Director sarah.burns@prizeology.com. Or if you’re ready to make your application, send your CV and a brief covering letter (maximum one side of A4) explaining why you’d be a good fit to the same address (subject line ‘Job application’).
The deadline for applications is Friday 3rd December 2021.
