These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions.

Eligibility: This prize promotion is open to residents of UK (England, Scotland, Wales, NI) aged 18 and over except team Prizeology or their immediate families. You need Internet connection and a Twitter account for entry. You can open a Twitter account at twitter.com.
Promotional Period: The prize draw opens on Thursday 27th July 2017 and closes at 23.59 on Sunday 30th July 2017.
How to enter: It’s easy! Follow us @prizeology on Twitter and RT the prize promotion tweet. Please note that we will post multiple tweets, but there is only one prize.
Only one entry per person. We will accept your first entry only and disallow any others. No third party or bulk entries. If it becomes apparent that either a participant or household is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, multiple Twitter accounts, multiple reproduced or computer-generated entries, using multiple identities, fraudulently falsifying data, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the promoter or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these entrants will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries incomplete, delayed, damaged, wrongly delivered or not received for whatever reason. Proof of entering is not proof of receipt.
Prize details: There is one prize of an Amazon Echo. If you win, we recommend that you ask Alexa what’s one plus one.
Winner selection: The winner will be randomly selected after the from all qualifying entries by an independently verified random generator after the closing date.
Winner notification: If you’re the lucky winner, you’ll receive a DM to the Twitter account of entry and will have 10 days to reply and claim your prize. We’ll contact you multiple times and if we don’t hear back within the original timeframe, we’ll give you a further 5 days to claim your prize. If the winner fails to claim their prize during this timeframe the prize entitlement will be forfeited and we’ll award the prize to a runner up selected at the same time as the original.
We reserve the right to verify any entrant, including but not limited to age, name and address, before making a prize award, and to refuse to award a prize, or withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of our terms and conditions.
General:
We will not tolerate anyone who posts or is seen to be posting comments via any social media channel or anywhere else during this prize promotion that we think are bullying, spiteful or upsetting to other entrants and our followers or directly aimed at us. If we believe anyone is acting in this way, they will be disqualified from the prize promotion. We reserve the right to report any such entrant to Twitter and request that their account is suspended.
Prize must be accepted as offered by the named winner. There is no cash or alternative prizes, in whole or part. The prize is not transferable and cannot be resold.
We accept no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to, lost, delayed or not received entries, winner notification or prize. We will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries because of technical failures or otherwise.
We reserve the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavors to avoid consumer disappointment.
